Access Keys
Most browsers support jumping to specific links by typing keys defined on the
web site. On Windows, you can press ALT + an access key; on Macintosh, you can
press Control + an access key.

These access keys work on all pages of the site.
The site conforms to the W3C's XHTML 1.0 strict and CSS standards.
The site uses Cascading Style Sheets for design and layout. Text can be resized
using Internet Explorer's resizing feature ('View' menu, 'Text size'). If your
browser does not support style sheets, or has this feature turned off the accessible
version is still readable.
